The Mini Lathe Hollowing Tool comes complete with the following items: Lathe attachment base Rigid articulating tool arm A double bent stainless steel cutting bar with HSS (High Speed Steel) cutter. A straight cutting bar is available for narrow vessels such as a “Bud Vase” Laser and Laser mounting arm. (Laser is powered by AA batteries) With this tool you will be able to take it out of the box and begin turning hollow vessels without having to purchase any other items. It is truly a complete system at a very competitive price.

This cup shows how thin the sides of an object can be with the hollowing tool. With the combination of a strong and steady tool combined with the laser thickness gauge you can feel comfortable making almost paper thin vessels with delicate and intricate profiles.

	This shows an example of the possibility of multiple exterior as well as interior shaping. This is a cut out of one of my first pieces done with the mini hollowing tool. I chose to make a wide mouth for easy chip extraction. The smaller the opening such as a narrow vase the more difficult it is to remove the wood chips.
